Re: Daviess Community Hospital
I am writing to address the exemption given to Harrell-Fish for bonding the negotiated Phase 3 work. At the time of negotiations, Harrell-Fish had proved their company’s ability through their performance. Whittenberg Construction Co. and the Hospital chose to save the money for additional bonding, rather than require HFI to provide.
Again, we appreciate HFI’s efforts on this project, and commend you for a job well done. Your Superintendent, Fred Livingston, is a one-of-a-kind, hard working, team oriented, super person. I hope to work with your team again soon.
