It has been my pleasure and good fortune to work with HFI on multiple projects since 1992. These projects ranged from the very small to a $35 M tower addition just completed in 2005. All the members of HFI are consistently very professional. They are true team players. They have always provided input on ways to make the job at hand better and at the most reasonable cost to the owner.
Some of the projects HFI has contracted on are: $14M addition in 1992, Power Plant addition, multiple Power Plant equipment replacements, Lab relocation, Cath Lab addition, and as I mentioned earlier, a $35 M tower addition. We will soon be accepting bids on a Cancer Center addition and build out of the fourth and fifth levels of our new Patient Tower. It is my hope HFI will be the Mechanical Contractor for these projects.
HFI has always worked well with me on all projects. I have worked with Mr. Steve Dawson for many, many years and have always found him to be a topnotch professional. Others include: Mr. Dave Mood, Mr. Mike Livingston and many other technicians, all of whom have been very proficient and particular with their work.
I have found over the years that HFI works with the owner, as well as coordinating with other trades, on projects so that everyone is on the same page to insure things are done right the first time. HFI provides the owner with alternatives that can save money and/or make the job easier.
