In August 2003, the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation awarded Harrell-Fish with the BEDC Quality Exployee Award.
The BEDC works with the City of Bloomington and Monroe County to provide new and existing businesses with resources and assistance like tax abatement for property and equipment, economic development bonds, employee training grants and ombudsman assistance.
