Once again I have experienced wonderful service from HFI. On Saturday we noticed our freezer was warming with hundreds of dollars of food at stake. I called the emergency service and within 5 minutes Mike called to see about our problem. Within 10 to 15 minutes Mike was here to check the damages.
He came into my office with a frown which meant the condenser was gone. Our only choice was to get it fixed as fast as possible, and he did. In record time our freezer was up and cooling. Later in the day, he stopped to make sure we were ok.
Monday he stopped again to check and said he cleaned out the “what ever” and it was now running just fine.
