Harrell-Fish Inc. (HFI) Residential Services understands your home is your largest investment and the importance of providing your family a comfortable, safe place to call home. We partner with you to keep your house operating efficiently and comfortably.
We use only metal ducts (that we fabricate in-house) for all our systems requiring duct work. Metal ducts are more efficient and much cleaner than other “duct board” options. In addition to traditional heating and cooling systems, HFI offers Geothermal, Radiant Heating, and Ductless Systems.
Geothermal Systems are extremely efficient, environmentally friendly, and reliable. These systems are currently subsidized with incentives from the Energy Improvement Act of 2008. Geothermal systems emit no carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, or other greenhouse gases, which are considered to be major contributors to environmental air pollution. They are truly a natural, green heat source. The experts at HFI continually monitor the local utilities for additional incentives for our clients.
Radiant Heating Systems use coils to heat the designated space. These systems are most commonly found under hardwood, laminate, ceramic tile or carpeted surfaces. We have also installed applications in basements, garages, driveways and pole barns with poured concrete surfaces. Radiant heating is commonly used as an efficient alternative when the amount of energy required to heat large spaces with a forced-air system is not cost effective.
Ductless Systems still use a condenser located outside the house. These systems eliminate the need for a basement or attic-located evaporator unit (with bulky ductwork) by using thin copper tubing that pumps refrigerant directly to discreet wall or ceiling mounted evaporator blowers. Ductless systems can provide efficient cooling and heating for year-round, whole-house comfort.
We now help our clients, family and friends with their plumbing needs like water heaters, clogs, leaks, fixture replacement, and more.
Other residential services we provide are humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ultra violet lights, electronic recovery ventilators (erv), programmable thermostats with remote access via smart phones.
We have 24 hour Emergency Services so call us if your furnace or air conditioning goes out any time of day or night.
