Michael Hupp, Service Manager, is responsible for managing the entire operations of the service department. Michael is a journeyman refrigeration pipe fitter, and has been involved in the service industry since 1990. Michael joined HFI as a service technician in 1999 and was promoted to Service Manager in 2007. Michael has expertise in a wide variety of systems and equipment. |

Randy Chambers, Dispatcher, is directly responsible for the scheduling of the HFI service technicians. Randy has been involved in the service industry since 1983. Randy joined HFI as a serviceman in 1998 and became the full-time dispatcher for HFI in 1999. |

Martha Davis, Service Coordinator, is involved in all service department functions including invoicing, customer relations, and material procurement. She has 38 years of experience in mechanical service contracting and has been with HFI since 1994. |
