Larry L. Brooks, Project Manager / Estimator, is a licensed Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor. Prior to joining HFI in 1992, Mr. Brooks was president of a similar mechanical contracting firm and a mechanical designer/head of plumbing design for an Indianapolis architectural firm.
   
Dustin Carter, Assistant Project Manager, assists project managers in all aspects. Dustin joined HFI in 2003.
   
Jim Carter, Shop Superintendent, has worked in the construction field for over 31 years and with HFI for 10 years. His major duties include: Material handling for inventory and maintaining proper inventory levels to assure the most effective and economical utilization of funds. Jim also manages scheduling and delivering required equipment and materials to jobsites. Jim manages the fleet including new vehicle purchasing and maintenance.
   
Ernie Eaton, Estimator/Project Manager, graduated from Indiana State University in 1974 with a degree in Aerospace Technology. Entered into the mechanical contracting business in 1978 and have since been involved in estimating and project management with an emphasis on hospitals and process piping projects. Ernie joined HFI in 2004.
   
Ronnie Harrell, Industrial Sales, a journeyman plumber, has 29 years of experience, is certified in medical gas, system installation in the field. As field superintendent, he has completed projects in the industrial, school, hospital, jail, private and public markets. Ronnie has been with HFI since 1985.
   
Jeff Miller Jeff Miller, Assistant Project Manager, graduated with distinction from Purdue University in 2007 with a degree in Building Construction Management. Jeff joined HFI in 2007 and currently assists with construction projects in a variety of industries and also manages individual projects. In December of 2007, Jeff became a LEED accredited professional and is heading up the company’s Green efforts.
   
Bill Sammons, Safety Director/Project Manager, has been involved in contracting for 23 years and has been with HFI for 15 years. Mr. Sammons’ duties include project management, estimating, as-built drawings, safety, code compliance and project close-out. Mr. Sammons regularly attends OSHA seminars, monitors company wide drug-screening program that assures that our company is 100% drug free. HFI was one of six recipients of MCA’s 1993 National Safety Awards Program as a result of Mr. Sammons’ efforts. Bill is trained in OSHA 502 and qualified to teach 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA courses.
   
Aaron Wagoner, Assistant Project Manager, is a 2006 graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a BS in Building Construction Management. Aaron joined HFI in 2006 and is now involved in estimating as well as assisting in project management of current jobs.
