Stephen R. Dawson, President, received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1991. He completed MCA’s Institute for Project Management, University of Texas in 1994. He is a licensed plumbing contractor. He currently manages all day to day operations of the company. He is currently on the MCAA National Board of Directors. |

David Mood, Vice President, graduated with distinction from Purdue University in 1994 with a degree in Building Construction and Management. Dave also completed the MCA’s Institute for Project Management, University of Texas in 1999. David passed the Indiana Plumbing Contractor exam in 2000. Since joining HFI in 1993, he has been involved with project management, estimating, and maintaining HFI’s technology needs. David has successfully managed large projects in excess of $10,000,000. |

Brad Schlegel, Vice President, is a 1998 graduate from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction and Contracting Management. Since joining HFI in 1998, Brad has been involved in the areas of project management, service and estimating. Brad completed the MCA Institute for Project Management, University of Texas in 2002. |

Phil Livingston, Vice President of Operations, supports and assists all field superintendents, coordinates all field manpower, manages PRE-FAB operations, and is involved in the development of our apprentices. Phil is a journeyman pipe fitter and licensed plumbing contractor and has been with HFI since 1986. Over that time in the role of project superintendent he constructed many successful projects with individual contracts up to $7,000,000. |

Dave Conner, Chief Financial Officer, a Certified Public Accountant, and 1990 graduate of Cedarville University with a BA in Accounting. Prior to joining HFI in 2007, Dave worked as a public accountant for over 17 years with an emphasis of clients in the construction industry. Dave is responsible for accounting and financial management functions. |
